Overview

Catherine Fink focuses her practice on Colorado water law. Drawing on more than two decades as an educator before entering the legal profession, Catherine brings exceptional research, communication, and problem-solving skills to her work. She enjoys helping clients understand complex legal issues and developing thoughtful, practical solutions.

Catherine gained a unique perspective on the importance of water in the American West when she moved from Pittsburgh to Colorado in 1987. Experiencing the dramatic contrast between water-rich Pennsylvania and Colorado’s arid landscape sparked a lifelong appreciation for Western rivers, streams, and watersheds that ultimately led her to pursue a career in water law.
