Overview

Zachary Stover is an associate attorney supporting the firm’s business and real estate litigation practice. He represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, property and boundary issues, and probate-related conflicts. Zachary has experience advocating for clients through all stages of litigation, including arbitration, mediation, and appellate proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 17th Judicial District, where he managed a high-volume caseload and handled matters ranging from traffic offenses to domestic violence cases. He also previously owned and operated his own law firm, focusing on probate, wills, and trusts, and represented clients in related disputes. Earlier in his career, Zachary worked as an associate attorney handling a variety of civil litigation matters, drafting pleadings and contracts, and arguing cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.

Education & Experience

Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, where he received a Dean’s Academic Scholarship for Academic Merit and an award for Academic Excellence in Arbitration. During law school, he was a member of the Business Law Club and the Federalist Society.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
