Lyons Gaddis is seeking a full-time Paralegal for its Estate Planning and Probate group for our Longmont office. This position supports Estate Planning and Probate practice, in a collaborative team-based work environment with professional and congenial colleagues. Job Description:
-Assist attorneys to draft wills, trusts and other estate planning documents
-Assist attorneys to draft probate documents and help clients administer estates after a death
-Monitor deadlines, keep client projects on track, manage tasks
-Type, proofread, and revise documents and correspondence
-Calendar deadlines and some client meetings
-Communicate effectively with clients on the telephone and in person while maintaining professionalism
-File, organize, and maintain client documents and case records
-Other administrative support tasks
The candidate must possess excellent skills in each of the following:
-Attention to detail on documents, emails, court filings, calendaring deadlines, proofreading, etc.
-Strong interpersonal skills and instinct for client service
-Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe in a Windows environment
-Friendly and clear verbal and written communications
-Organizing and prioritizing time and tasks
-Completing assignments independently with minimal oversight
-Fast, accurate keyboarding skills

Real Estate/Business Transaction Attorney
Lyons Gaddis has an opportunity for a Colorado attorney to join its busy and expanding real estate and business transaction group.
Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years of experience as a licensed attorney, including a minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in real estate and/or business transactions, representing landowners, developers, investors, individuals, and businesses. The right candidate is ready to manage sophisticated matters independently, help mentor junior associates, and take on a leadership role within the group. Candidates with an established community reputation or existing clientele in the Denver metro, Boulder County, Weld County, or Fort Collins area—and the desire to grow a book of business—are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates must also be motivated to provide exceptional client service, have sound professional judgment, and value personal and professional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Salary Range:
Compensation is merit-based, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Our good faith salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000 dependent on experience. The position also includes the opportunity to earn an incentive bonus based on productivity, which could range from $0 to $25K or more.
