Pete Johnson brings over fifteen years of experience representing local governments, special districts, and other clients in Colorado. His practice focuses on water court litigation, supply planning, reuse projects, and various water transactions. Previously an Assistant Attorney General in Colorado’s Natural Resources Section, Pete is known for his practical legal counsel and problem-solving skills.
Andrea Kehrl represents local governments, special districts, private individuals and companies, and water authorities in all aspects of water law. Her experience spans transactions, litigation, permitting and other administrative approvals, special district general counsel, and environmental matters. Andrea has practiced water, natural resources, and environmental law since 2010 with a focus on Colorado water law since 2012.
Bradley Kershaw represents public and private water users in water rights litigation and transactions. Practicing Colorado water law since 2017, he has appeared before Water Courts across the state. He holds a law degree from the University of Colorado and earned top academic honors in water law.
Cindy McMurl joins the firm as a paralegal with over thirty years of experience in water law and administrative processes. Her experience, attention to detail, and dedication will support the firm’s continued excellence in client service.
