Jennifer Spitz is a shareholder at the firm and has practiced law in Longmont since 1998, focusing on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, including related tax planning. She assists clients in preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and other essential documents tailored to each client’s unique needs. Jennifer also guides families through the probate process and trust administration following a loved one’s passing. Her expertise in tax planning helps clients strategically reduce or eliminate estate taxes and make informed decisions about gifting. Brian Allard is an attorney at Lyons Gaddis. His practice focuses on real estate and business law. He is both a litigator and a transactional attorney. He has litigated a variety of cases, but his primary focus is on residential and commercial evictions, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, easement disputes, probate, and business purchase and sale disputes. Brian’s transactional practice primarily focuses on commercial and residential purchases and sales, business purchases and sales, liquor licensing, lease drafting and review, and entity formation.
