Overview

Ms. Fritchel’s legal practice is focused in real estate and business transactions, real estate development, entity formation strategies, natural resource matters.

• Education & Past Positions

  Ms. Fritchel earned her B.S. with Honors from the University of Wyoming in 1980 and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law with her J.D. in 1984.

  Before moving to Fort Collins in 1995, she was associated for many years with Grant Bernard Lyons & Gaddis, PC, in Longmont. Prior to rejoining the Grants at Grant, Grant & Goiran, LLP she was employed at the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.

• Practice Areas

  Ms. Fritchel represents individuals, small business owners, land owners, and developers in all aspects of real estate and business transactions, including entity selection, acquisitions, entitlements, oil and gas matters, commercial leasing and conservation easements.

• Organizations & Community Involvement

  Ms. Fritchel is a member of the Boulder County, Larimer County and Colorado Bar Associations, and a member of the Wyoming State Bar (Inactive status).

  Ms. Fritchel is a long-time Northern Colorado resident who has been involved with a variety of organizations.
