Dillon Sena is an accomplished attorney specializing in civil litigation and negotiations, with a focus on local governments, employment law, and school districts. His extensive courtroom experience enhances his ability to advocate effectively for his clients in complex legal matters. Dillon’s practice areas include civil litigation, local government representation, employment law, and school law. He is dedicated to delivering strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Education & Experience

Dillon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado. He attended received his J.D. from Creighton University.

Dillon most recently worked with a firm Omaha, Nebraska where he practiced real estate (Landlord Tenant Act), Estate Administration, and Guardianship/Conservatorships, and general litigation. He worked a lot with vulnerable citizens (abandoned/neglected youth, elderly, cognitively diverse/disabled) to ensure that their rights were being protected and their interests represented.

He has also hosted webinars for the general public to join and get educated on the responsibilities of being a guardian, and I have done webinars for landlords/property owners for lease construction and Landlord and Tenant rights and responsibilities.

Dillon is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) and the Nebraska State Bar Association (NSBA).

He enjoys spending time with his spouse and his dog, golfing, hiking, camping and reading.
