Tracy Nolan

Overview

Tracy Nolan’s practice centers on estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, dissolution of marriage, and marital agreements. She enjoys guiding families through the process where important life events and the law intersect.

Tracy came to the law rooted in her deeply held desire to protect the vulnerable. Today, in her work for her clients, she combines this protective instinct with the tools that help families reach solutions, and whenever possible, to prevent unnecessary conflict and legal expense. She enjoys helping clients find peace of mind by creating a customized plan specially designed for the loved ones they eventually will leave behind.

Tracy began her law practice after a judicial fellowship with Honorable Robert H. Russell II and Honorable Juanita Rice in Arapahoe County District Court, where she honed her understanding of effective domestic relations advocacy. Tracy has expanded her area of practice to include estate planning, estate administration, guardianship/conservatorship, and she is also a trained mediator.

Community Involvement

Tracy is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Boulder County Bar Association and the 1st Judicial Bar Association. The Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association.

She is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Jefferson County Unitarian Church.

 
Personal

She is a mother of two young boys, and is also Spanish speaker, yoga teacher, Colorado native, and is still a volleyball player.
